Twitter is a fantastic tool to communicate personal and business messages to your audience. We haven't given much attention to social media on this blog as we pursue interesting topics for online retailers.
Moving forward I hope to add this topic into the mix as I believe if utilised correctly, it can be a brilliant extension of a company's communication. Many people in business have heard of Twitter but still don't know what it is.
